Digital buyer guides
Each available SCI buyer guide is a one-time $14.99 digital purchase. Stripe securely processes payment. After Stripe confirms payment, SCI provides private browser access for 30 days so the purchaser can download and save the PDF for permanent personal use. The PDF is licensed to the purchaser for personal cattle-buying reference only and may not be shared, copied for others, resold, republished, or posted online.
Final-review products
A guide marked in final review cannot be purchased. SCI will not charge for an unfinished guide. The planned complete-collection price is not an active offer until the full collection is ready.
Refunds and access problems
Because the product is delivered digitally immediately after payment, completed digital-guide purchases are generally final after the PDF has been accessed or downloaded. Contact SCI promptly about a duplicate charge, an incorrect product, a defective file, or an access failure. SCI will correct delivery or issue a refund when appropriate. Nothing in this policy limits any refund or consumer right required by law.
