Panhandle receipts of 6,240 head. Demand was very good for light-weight stockers headed to wheat pasture contracts this fall. Steer calves 450–550 lbs traded $3.10–$3.35 with several load lots of preconditioned Charolais-cross calves bringing a $6 premium. Feeder heifers fully steady. Cull market firm on active packer interest.
